How to apply?
There are a number of things that need to be addressed prior to starting your journey towards becoming a professional pilot.
Before applying you will need to complete the following:
1. Physics, Mathematics and English
2. Psychological Aptitude Test
The first step towards a career as a pilot is to successfully complete a psychological aptitude test (bring grads from prior education). This is mandatory prior to enrolling in a pilot program at Scandinavian Aviation Academy. There are four approved testing facilities in Sweden and one in Switzerland. These companies are specialized in pilot aptitude testing with a long history of airline involvement.
SAA refers to the following test centers:
Gordon Consulting (Stockholm, Sweden)
Flygmedicinskt Centrum FMC (Lund, Sweden)
SIAP (Stockholm, Sweden)
Graf Consulting (Bern, Switzerland)
3. Medical Class 1 Examination
Flyg- och Dykmedicinskt Centrum (Sabbatsberg Närsjukhus, Stockholm)
4. Apply for a Student Permit by the Swedish CAA
When the above is completed you are ready to apply to the
Professional Pilot Program by sending in the following documents (at latest 30 days prior course start):

After the application has come in to Scandinavian Aviation Academy and the payment of the application fee has been performed the admissions office will contact you and inform you of your next steps.
