7 New EPST Students to SAA

The flight training for 7 EPST students starts today the 21st of May in Västerås. The students are from the Netherlands and will become professional pilots during their stay in Sweden. The flight training will be commenced in Cessna 172G1000, the FNPT II simulator and finally Multi Engine training in the Diamond DA42.

YH-klassen 2013

Efter två intensiva veckor med mycket ny information är nu den nya YH-klassen igång i Västerås, de flesta har även genomfört sin första flyglektion.

Flight Instructor Course 2013

The Flight Instructor rating, FI(A), is an excellent step in your career. The course starts the 11th of March and takes 3-4 months to complete. Last day to apply is the 15th of February.

Antagning Yh-utbildning 2013

Urvalsprocessen till den integrerade trafikflygarutbildningen som startar 28 januari 2013 pågår för fullt. 40 sökande har nu blivit kallade till intervjuer som startar den 6 december. Antagningsbesked kommer att skickas ut i mitten av december.

NEW Course ATPL Theory IR (H)

SAA will start to train Helicopter Pilots in the ATPL IR Theory (H) course, start date 16 of June 2013. The 8 months ATPL Theory (H) course will be a semi distance course divided in two phases of training. Price: 59 000 SEK. Literature is included.

High pressure at SAA

The pilot programs at SAA continue to attract a lot of new pilots. SAA is the leading flight school in Scandinavia and the only training provider of both private and government financed pilot training approved by the Swedish National Agency for Higher Vocational Education.

SAA graduates are highly desirable on the market

Anna Spirina, Pietro Gugliandolo, Cédric Papahilliou, Kristin Johansson, Johannes Gustavsson and Sebastien Carminati have all finished their flight training with SAA and are now working as First Officers.

SAA students to Nextjet

The regional carrier Nextjet continues to hire pilots. Four students from SAA have just started their Type Rating course at Braathens Training in Stockholm.

OAA takes over the Ryanair application process

From the first of February OAA will take over the application process for pilots applying to Ryanair.

The first 2 SAA Students to Ryanair 2011

Johan Andersson and Thure Thomsen as finished the Professional Pilot Program October 2010 have passed the assessment with Ryanair in Stansted recently. They are the first two SAA students of 2011 as will start their career as Boeing 737 first officers.

Complete class ready to start a Professional Pilot Career

The first class of the JAA ATP Integrated program (Professional Pilot Program) 2011 is now fully booked. 16 students from different countries will start their pilot careers the 3rd of January 2011

20 SAA Students to Ryanair!

The low cost carrier Ryanair continues to hire pilots. We are glad to announce that 20 SAA students have been accepted at the Ryanair assessment and started their career as Boeing 737-800 first officers

New Owners

Today SAA changes its owner structure. Thomas Wallén, Michael Sjöö and Olof Bärve are from from today the 1st of October the majority owners of SAA.
